When purchases are completed through a third-party platform (such as TikTok Shop, PayPal, Stripe, Square, Shopify, or another payment processor), you are also subject to that platform's applicable terms and policies. Midnight Meadow Mercantile is not responsible for the policies, availability, security, or functionality of third-party platforms.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a third-party platform's policies, these Terms govern the relationship between you and Midnight Meadow Mercantile to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

2.4 Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Occasionally, inventory errors or unexpected demand may result in an item becoming unavailable after an order has been placed. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an appropriate replacement, store credit (if mutually agreed upon), or a refund for the unavailable item.
3. ORDERING, PRICING & PAYMENT
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and special offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time your order is submitted is the price you will be charged, excluding applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing. If your order is canceled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
3.2 Payment
Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed unless an alternative payment arrangement is expressly offered by us.
We accept payment through approved third-party payment processors, which may include services such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, TikTok Shop, Shopify Payments, or other authorized providers.
We do not store or have access to your complete payment card information. All payment information is processed securely by the applicable payment processor under its own terms and privacy practices.
3.3 Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Midnight Meadow Mercantile.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Pricing or inventory errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Inaccurate billing or shipping information

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If your order is canceled after payment has been received, any amount paid for the canceled portion of your order will be refunded to your original payment method.
3.4 Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our products are prepared, packed, or fulfilled shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.
If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
Once an order has been processed for shipment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3.5 Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.
Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, import fees, or similar governmental charges that may apply to orders shipped outside the United States.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1 Order Processing
We work hard to carefully prepare and package every order with care.
Unless otherwise stated on our website or during special promotions, most orders are shipped within 5–7 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Business days do not include weekends, federal holidays, or business closures.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, product launches, live sales, or periods of unusually high order volume. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
For quality assurance and fraud prevention purposes, Midnight Meadow Mercantile may photograph or video record the packaging and fulfillment of customer orders.
4.2 Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using the carrier selected at checkout or another carrier chosen by Midnight Meadow Mercantile when appropriate.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information if it is available through the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. Midnight Meadow Mercantile cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
4.3 Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time an order is placed.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before the order ships.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.
4.4 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
Midnight Meadow Mercantile is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, labor disputes, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you:
Check around your property and any safe delivery locations.
Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
Contact the shipping carrier directly.
Allow a reasonable amount of time, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final delivery.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to help locate the shipment and, when appropriate, assist with filing a carrier claim.
4.5 Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
Photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials
A brief description of the damage
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to pursue a claim with the shipping carrier.
Approved claims may be resolved through replacement merchandise, store credit, or a refund, at our discretion and where appropriate.
4.6 Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Midnight Meadow Mercantile because of:
An incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Failure to claim the package
Refusal of delivery
Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs incurred, where permitted by law.
4.7 Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Midnight Meadow Mercantile ships only to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, these Terms & Conditions will be updated accordingly.
4.8 Risk of Loss
Ownership of, and risk of loss for, physical products passes to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping address you provided, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's delivery records.
If you believe your package has been lost, stolen, or delivered in error, please contact us promptly. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of carrier investigations, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
5.1 Our Commitment
At Midnight Meadow Mercantile, we take great care in selecting, packaging, and shipping every order. We want you to love your purchase and strive to provide exceptional customer service.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate concerns in a fair and timely manner.
5.2 Eligible Returns
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, eligible physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:
The item is unused and in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
The item shows no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
The return is approved by Midnight Meadow Mercantile before the item is shipped back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or we made an error in fulfilling your order:
Mystery capsules, curated boxes, ritual chests, vaults, and other surprise products
Opened or used candles, oils, sprays, bath products, incense, herbs, or other consumable or personal-care items
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale merchandise
Digital downloads
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
5.4 Mystery & Curated Products
Many Midnight Meadow Mercantile offerings are intentionally designed as mystery or curated experiences.
By purchasing a mystery capsule, ritual chest, vault, curated collection, or similar product, you acknowledge and agree that:
The specific items included are intentionally selected by Midnight Meadow Mercantile.
Product photographs and videos are representative examples unless expressly stated otherwise.
Bonus items, promotional gifts, or surprise additions are offered solely at our discretion and are not guaranteed with every order.
Differences in themes, colors, stones, scents, product combinations, or bonus items do not constitute errors or defects.
Dissatisfaction with the specific assortment received is not, by itself, grounds for a refund or exchange.
We will always honor the minimum product quantities or guarantees stated in the applicable product listing.
5.5 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

5.6 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item qualifies for return under these Terms, it may be returned for a refund (if approved), and a new order may be placed separately.
5.7 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5.8 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
At Midnight Meadow Mercantile, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and resolving concerns fairly and promptly. If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first making a good-faith effort to work with us may be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Midnight Meadow Mercantile vigorously disputes fraudulent, abusive, or unwarranted chargebacks.
When a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide payment processors, financial institutions, and other appropriate parties with documentation supporting the validity of the transaction, including but not limited to:
Order confirmations
Payment records
Product descriptions
Shipping and delivery records
Tracking information
Photographs of packaged orders
Customer communications
Live sale recordings, packing videos, or other available evidence
Any additional documentation supporting fulfillment of the order
If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or otherwise without merit, we reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to:
Contest the chargeback through the applicable payment processor or financial institution.
Pursue recovery of any funds, fees, costs, and expenses associated with the dispute.
Cancel pending orders.
Permanently refuse future purchases from the customer.
Report patterns of fraudulent or abusive purchasing activity to payment processors and other appropriate parties as permitted by law.
Exercise any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

These offerings may include, but are not limited to, mystery capsules, ritual chests, curated bundles, vaults, seasonal collections, subscription offerings, and other specially assembled products.
By purchasing a mystery or curated product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Mystery and curated products are intentionally assembled by Midnight Meadow Mercantile. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, customers will not know the exact contents prior to purchase.
Each order is thoughtfully curated using available inventory while honoring any minimum contents or guarantees stated in the product description.

6.3 Minimum Contents Guarantee
